Will is a Southern Oregon University graduate. He leads many of our trips and is an avid fly fisherman. When not guiding, he works for IRJ in marketing.

Jo is a Colby grad and has worked in administration at Cornell Univ. She grew up in Salmon and has been guiding since high school.

A senior at the University of Idaho, Andrew is an enthusiastic hiker, fly fisherman and camp chef. He often leads early morning hikes.

Tom has been guiding for more than 25 seasons. He is a nurse by occupation and lives in Salmon where he is building a new house.

Matt is a junior at UC Santa Barbara. His interests include surfing, fly fishing and snowboarding, He sometimes guides on the Kern River.

Part-time crew members Brian and Jenni Chaffin. Brian is a grad student at University of Idaho and Jenni works for NRS in Moscow, Idaho. They try to work a couple of trips every year.

When not rafting, Erin can be found in a classroom teaching U.S. history. He joined our crew in 2008. He has logged nearly 10,000 miles boating western rivers.

Jason is the nomad of the crew. He hails from South Dakota, has worked on an organic dairy in Montana, guides in Idaho and last we heard was heading to Oregon by way of Wyoming.

Skip is a freshman at the University of Oregon. He often runs our sweep rig and, although only 18 years old, has more than 50 trips on the Main and Middle Fork.

Mary is the glue that holds our operation together. She handles reservations, guest logistics and plans our menus. She is Will, Matt and Skip's Mom.
